		<description>WHY would you want to remove 404 errors? Simply speaking, its just a task you do to tell &quot;Google-bot, I dont have or want that page anymore, stop crawling it in the future&quot;. Thus, avoid you from being penalised for having too many 404 crawl errors.

In G-Wmastertools Crawl errors page, you can check where the errors were &quot;Linked from&quot;. If there were any external-links and you want to savor the link-juices, then Redirect 301 is a good resolve. If not, than just remove the 404 errors.

Just a note: “all 404s are bad and should be redirect” is a MYTH because too much redirects slows your site down.</description>
